Roomate needed to share beach house, only $300 per month

Hello all, busy young professional/student here looking for like male or female roomate to share a fully furnished 2BR/1BA home on the west end of PCB (located off of Kelly St, walking distance to beach). Looking for someone who is neat and responsible. A small dog is OK as I have a 9 month old yorkie poo who would love a playmate. I'm very easy to get along with. If interested, please private message me and tell me a little bit about yourself. If you have any questions, just ask.
