LTR - anything under $800/month for 8-12 months.

I am looking to rent anything in the South Walton area, for me, my boyfriend and my dog. We can fit in a small space. I don't have more than 800/month to spend. 8 months would be ideal, but 12 month could work. Please let me know if anyone has anything available. Thanks!
