Is that really his name? If it is the place I think it is, I didn't know he had a real first name. :floor:....and it is a sweet place that I would live in if I were single and had no pets.

I'm trying to rent out my condo on 30a... It's 2 bedroom, but it's pretty small and it's backed right up to a state park and it's right across the street from the beach.
