I need a three bedroom house kid and pet friendly. Tile floors desired, but carpet ok in bedrooms. I would like to stay near 30A or in Point Washington. My children will go to Bay elementary. Additional room for painting would be great!!! (Even a large foyer or storage room) We need a fence or I could put one up in back yard so my precious little ones can run and play.
