I'm Elisha and I'm looking for an inexpensive room (or two) or a place to rent asap with my best friend Chris.

We are clean and honest and reliable. We do housework and cook meals and are very handy to have around if you need things fixed up. We are good around kids and animals. We have no pets. We do not smoke or party or do drugs. We have no criminal records and are not scary. 😀 I'm including pics so that you can see how unscary we are. We both have jobs but need to save up more money for an apartment or house and need something asap.

my father has a guest house to rent for 750 including everything ie utilities and satellite tv. its in pt washington and its new. he just moved into the main house, but wants to rent out the guesthouse so not to leave it empty. everythings new...
