Need LTR in South Walton 3 or 4 BR

I need a 3 or 4 BR long term rental in South Walton preferably Seagrove area or close but will consider all areas north and south of 98. North of 98, the Pt Washington area is preferable. I need this starting in September or October. A vacation rental through the off-season is what I'd prefer so that I have time to line something more permanent up by next Summer and don't have to get furniture right away. I'm a 45 year old male and would be living alone, except for when my kids come to stay with me every other weekend. I don't have any pets. I'd also consider a home that is currently for sale and be agreeable to keep the home in a condition that it could be shown to buyers when needed. I am currently separated and going through a divorce so the biggest factor will be cost. I really need to keep rent to $1000/mo or less. A home that is for sale with a lease to buy option may be considered as well.
