What's the rate?
Is the rate as posted on the rental site for the Winter months? I assume so, but, just checking.

Yes, rent is $1100 utilities included. It's a real nice place and convenient to everything on 30-A.

This is an unabashed "bump" to keep this thread in the limelight. We really would love to rent to you, so please give us a call.

In fact, in keeping with the times, we have lowered our winter rates to $850 per month. Wow!

We are really trying not to have pets at this time, sorry. We may change our minds down the road. Thanks.

I'm just not sure ya'll realize what a good deal this is. (This is a shameless "bump".)

I spoke with you last week about the place for my parents. I notice you still advertise it for 850 for winter rental. Is that for 3 or 6 months?

If it's only for three months, we would have to charge more. If you wish to rent it for the full six months, we could do with for $850 per month, plus a one time cleaning fee to be discussed. Thanks.
