That is a great area and very convenient to Grayton but if it takes you one minute you are traveling about 240 mph with no stoplight or stop sign.

ha! well it only takes me 1 min 45 secs, lol. Its seperate from the house. Its a carriage house studio. Seperate appartment on top.
