Beautiful house in Seagrove 3 bed/ 2 bath, hardwood floors, 13ft ceilings, 1600 sq. foot 5 entrances (one into your bedroom)... wonderful neighbors, and a community pool, tennis courts, and hiking trails that go all the way to Eastern Lake. You would be sharing the house with two others, females both in their mid twenties, very responsible and clean. I have loved living here, the house is huge with plenty of privacy and storage, definitely an amazing lifestyle, the roommates are usually out of the house too, i feel like its all mine most of the time : ) Rent is $500 + Utilities the house will be available December If you want to contact me either reply via email or text 850-294-8081 I wouldnt give up my spot here but im going back to the main campus at FSU. Thanks!
