We are looking for a long term (atleast 1 year) rental in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We have 1 small dog that is 5 years old. We would like to be walking distance to the beach. I need atleast 1700 square feet.
We would consider renting in other areas like Destin or Fort Walton.

We have a 3bedroom/2ba in dune allen. Next to Butler Elementary and walking distance to the beach it is $1,375 a month and includes cable, water, and electricity. Call Mark at 850.419.2397 to see it. It is located at 260 Sunrise Circle. It is the main house. The guest house is rented separately. Very quiet neighborhood. We accept pets.
