Roommate situation

Looking for a room to rent or someone to enter a lease with. Looking to move sometime between Feb-April. 6 months or a year lease. Prefer closer to my age 20-30. Must be pet friendly as I have a 40lb well behaved dog. Prefer fenced yard. Somewhere between Grayton and Destin. Willing to pay $400-$600 for my share. Not home much as I work full time and attend grad school full time. Please email me at LBear10@comcast.net if you have a place or are interested in renting one. Thank you.
