Ideally the unit is 1 or 2 bedrooms with approx 800-1200 square feet of space and would rent for approx 800-1200/month. Good work, rental and credit history. Looking to move in March 1st. Former Gulf coast resident needing to escape the frozen North. Help!

Hi THere - I have a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unfurnished home located at bungalows of seagrove available March 1 - asking 1100 per month plus utilities - great pool,hot tub, 2 blocks to beach, located on small lake.
