LT Rental SRB/30A

I noticed that there are a lot of similar posts - but I figured I'd try anyway!

I am looking for a 2-3BDR/ 2-2.5BA anywhere from Don Bishop to Eastern Lake. Preferrably, I'd like a single family home but am not opposed to a condo or duplex. My price range goes up to around $1200/mo. but could go a little higher depending on location and if any utilities are included. I am looking for a 1-2year lease.

I am a responsible renter, employed in Seaside and Miramar Beach. I have one small, well-trained cat.
