I am a 32 yr old professional female looking for a kind and considerate, responsible roommate to share my beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath home in Dune Allen. It is fully furnished and located directly on 30-A with gulf views from the rooftop veranda. Rent is $600 plus utilities. I try to live a peaceful and humble existence here in paradise and only try to surround myself with those who do the same. You can contact me via email at bareyoursoleon30a@gmail.com or 850-213-6390.

What do the utilities run

Utilities including electricity, water, cable, and internet are $250 give or take so it will be split three ways to be $85 per person.
