Hi,
I have a 3BR/3BA cottage on the south side of 30A available August 1st. The rent is $1500/month plus utilities. It would be available furnished or unfurnished. There is no yard work as that is taken care of by the HOA. There is a pool in the community and it is a short walk to the beach.

Emerald Dunes Circle is in the Old Florida Cottages development. We love that area for vacationing. It's behind Goatfeathers Seafood Market and not far from Gulf Place. Beach access is Gulfview Hts. A well-developed community imo.
