1 or 2 bedroom long-term rental on 30-A

Hi,

I am currently in the process of moving from Charleston, SC back to the 30A area, and I am looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom place. It will just be me living there, though I hope to get a dog in a few months, so dog-friendly would be excellent. I lived in the Seagrove area before I moved and thought it was great; However, any property area would be considered.
