I am also looking for a roomate. I am 31 and work for the Walton County School District and also in Rosemary Beach. I don't have a place but maybe if we hit it off (platonically speaking) we can look for something together. I have two boys but they won't live with me. I might see them on the weekends or every other weekend. Let me know what you think?

I'm a very stable and professional female, and I just moved back to the area. I have a townhouse in Seagrove that I am moving back into next week. You would have your own bed/bath, and its a very quiet area w/ pool tennis courts and beautiful nature trails.

I do have 2 small dogs, that are very loving and sweet, but its important that you like dogs as they will love you to death 🙂

Roomate

Hi there. I have a 3 bdrm house right off of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach which is about 3 minutes to Grayton. I am on the north side of 30A and easy access to beach. I am the 1st house which you can see from 30A. It has 1 1/2 baths, WIFI, or computer access, Dish (2 t.v.s - one in living room and one in my room. There is a small porch out back, very quaint. There is a fenced in back yard which is great because I have a small dog that loves everyone and he needs the yard.) I also have 3 cats, but they pretty they are VERY friendly. The house never smells like cats. I hate that and keep it clean. There is a dresser in the room and am in the process of getting it ready for a possible roomate unless you have your own furniture. The house is fully furnished, you would not need a thing. There are plenty of plants out front and another small seating area. It is a prime location. if interested the rent would be $500 monthh and that would cover everything, rent, water, electrical, etc. My number is (850) 622-3352.
