The home has no garage, but a driveway in front and back of the house which gives parking for up to 4 cars. The pet policy is that of the neighborhood HOA. Owners are allowed pets, but long term and vacation renters are not. Unfortunately there is no flexibility on this, sorry. We are the current tenants, not owners ourselves, and the pet policy was something that was emphasized. Good luck in your search!

We are currently renting long term in Cassine Garden and need a long term rental to move into as the owner of this one is doing vacation rentals as soon as we move out. We live and work in the immediate area and want to stay in this neighborhood if possible (our 1 year old baby loves the trails here!). I recommend that just for the rental forums that the original poster has the option of closing the thread once they rent the property. I think this would be benificial to my sanity. Thank you. ;)
