Room to rent through summer

Hi, I am looking to rent a room in the next month or so. I just startedd working on 30A in BMB, and currently live in Niceville. It's a long drive each morning.
I am a 31 year old Coast Guard Veteran, hold a USCG Captain License, and completed Law Academy at NWFSC last year. I would like to find a place where no drugs are around, and no excessive partying. I do smoke lightly, and currently have been on again off again, but never smoke inside. I am looking to enjoy some of the trails and the beaches this summer before I go back in the Navy Reserve and get activated. I like to cook, but I am not a health nut. I am clean, and courteous.
I would like to apply to Walton Sheriff Department if I can find a place to stay, so I must say I would have a firearm around, and you must be comfortable with that.
