3-to-4 bedroom in September/October

Tennessee couple relocating to the area in late summer/early fall and looking for unfurnished 3+ bedroom, 2 bath for 1-year lease in South Walton County. Back yard desired. Will have one dog and one cat (both old and docile).

If you have something like this coming up, please let us know. We can drive down fairly quickly to take a look and can sign lease early if necessary.
