The house is located 2 mins from 30A off of Don Bishop Road in the Plantation at Santa Rosa subdivision. The rent is $650 a month and this includes all utilities. The house is very nice and so are we. We are young couple, we have a cat and a dog, and we are both teachers at a local school. We are looking for a calm, peaceful, and clean house mate to share the bills with. Seriously, this is a great place to live close to 30A, Sandestin, & Destin! Must be employed, pet free, and nice. Hello! I live in Santa Rosa place across the way and lease up end of this month- would you possibly be willing to rent short term? I have a two year old son, we could share a room. Looking for about two months? Just need somewhere to go while I look for something else- I start at the Hilton jan 2 and come feb I will be able to afford something more for me and my son. Just let me know what you think! Btw I'm currently working a notice so I'm not going any time without pay.🙂
