Local Family looking for a long term rental on 30A. Lease is almost up. HELP!

We relocated here last year. Did a one year lease but owners have decided to sale home. So we need to find a place pretty quick. We want to rent one more year before purchasing a home here. We have 3 kids. We have a small business in the area and really would like to be close. Must have 3+ bedrooms.
