Accountant in need of long-term 2/2 rental in 30A/Sandestin/SRB area

I have been in the area for a little over a year and my rental condo has been resold. I am looking for an IMMEDIATE move and am willing to sign a longer-than-normal lease. I am a quiet single who can provide excellent professional and personal references (as well as from my current landlord) upon request. I am currently in the Dune Allen area (Topsail Village) and would like to stay nearby as I work in the Grand Boulevard area. As I am an accountant in the middle of tax season, my free time to "look" is limited and ANY help, tips, suggestions, or offers are appreciated. I will be looking to buy in the area in the next couple of years so if anyone can suggest a local real estate agent who might be willing to work with me, it might be of mutual benefit in the long run!
