Wanted - long term rental.

Hi!
My family and I are looking for a long term rental in the Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach or 30A area. We are looking for a house with 3-4 bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms. We do have a 6 year old yellow lab who is laid back and non-destructive. We are looking to sign and 1 year lease and possibly stay for another year!
