1 BR/1 BA in exchange for personal trainer 2-3x/week

Getting my small biz off the ground and getting married in the next 6 mos, so I am looking to rent a room for 3-6 months as a bartering deal. I've been a personal trainer for almost 8 years. Before moving to FL, I ran my own bootcamp company in Atlanta that was voted "Best of Atlanta.". I've worked with tons of clients, men and women, all ages, with different goals. I'm a female and prefer female roomies/clients or a husb/wife combo.
