I have a very nice 1 BR 2 BA condo at the Palms of Seagrove. It is nicely furnished and in a great location. Palms is an ocean front/side complex South of 30A, in between Tom Thumb and caution light toward Seaside. Has W/D in unit. Rent is 1050 per month on 12 month lease and this includes all utilities.
