1 BR long-term rental near 30A

I am starting a job in Grayton Beach mid-June and am trying to find a long-term rental! 1BR is preferred but I'm willing to consider roommates or other options at the right price and location. Preferred rent would be $800/mo or less. Please let me know if you are looking for a tenant. I am a single, professional female, very clean and quiet, and easy to get along with.
