2/2 or Carriage House along 30a

My friend & I (both RNs) are looking for a 2/2 along 30a. Our budget is 1000-1300. If we can't find a 2/2, I am looking for a carriage house or studio for myself. Please email briananbailey@gmail.com or call/text 850-758-7796 if you have something fabulous to rent! Thank you!
