Looking for long-term carriage house rental in Rosemary Beach

I am a very responsible female who is clean, neat, and professional looking to relocate to Rosemary Beach this spring (Feb/March) when the lease at my current property ends in February.

I would like to find a carriage house that I can lease long-term. I am open to an ideal arrangement- reasonable rent in exchange for a great renter (me)- I would be happy to watch after main home, dog sit if ever needed, help with greeting renters (if homeowner happens to rent main home), etc.

References available if needed.
