Hi Tonya,

I am very interested in your place and would love see if tomorrow or Sunday if possible. I have a small dog that weighs 13 lbs, professional young Christian lady that does not drink or smoke. I can move in Sept. 15 with a check to hold for deposit and first months rent if it is what I am looking for. I hope so! :clap:And of course long term. Just me and my sweet pup, Misty.

I swear if you were a long term rental owner ort agent you could post once on this forum and get all the rental inquiries you'd ever need for a lifetime.

We presently live in Sandestin and our daughter was accepted to Seaside Neighborhood School and we need to live closer to the school. We have impeccable references and pay our bills on time. We would love to move in Sept. or Oct. 1 if possible.

This place rented very quickly back in December and is not available. I updated the post when it rented saying that it was no longer available because I can't figure out how to delete the thread. Any pointers are appreciated. Sorry for the inconvenience to those who have been calling.
