I am a very responsible, clean, neat, professional looking to relocate to Rosemary Beach.

I’m looking for a carriage house or condo to lease long-term. I am open to an ideal arrangement- reasonable rent in exchange for a great renter (me)- I would be happy to look after main home, pets, babysit, help with greeting renters (if homeowner happens to rent main home), etc.

30a/local references available if needed.

Please contact me at 678-549-8584 or spivey25@email.com

Thanks,
Erica
