I am a very responsible, clean, neat, professional looking to relocate to 30a.

I’m looking for a small house or carriage house to lease long-term.

For a carriage house I’m open to an ideal arrangement- I would be happy to look after main home, pets, babysit, help with greeting renters (if homeowner happens to rent main home), etc.

For a house- I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom.

30a/local references available if needed.
