I am a 29 year old male, new to the area due to a job promotion that brought me down. The property does not need to be furnished other than possible a washer/dryer/fridge as I have my own furniture, etc. I would be willing to spend up to 1100 a month but all utilities/cable/internet would need to be included in that. I would rather live alone as I work a rigorous schedule and like to have some time to myself.

I have two unfurnished rooms you can rent on 2nd floor if my house. One can be a bedroom the other you could turn into a private living room. Private bath, W/D $750/month includes utilities. Off east mac bayou, 3 miles to beaches, I work 2 jobs also, so am quiet also.
