Washer & dryer included. You would just need to turn the electricity & cable in your name.
Great pool and workout room.
Walking distance to the beach.
No smoking or pets.
$1200 month + the same for deposit.

Thank you for the responses so far. As I am learning, we need to be a bit more specific We do have a dog, but he is 4yrs old and completely trained with all shots. We also have an 8yr old daughter. We are seasoned professionals and will both have long term secure employment prior to our move. We are a quiet family, non smokers with excellent references and are looking for a long term lease. Our budget is around $1300/month or less.

As much as we want to stay on 30A, we are willing to look North to the bay.
