I am considering buying a cottage 2-3 bed/bath home in Santa Rosa Beach for long term rentals, north of 98 or in Point Washington. Can anyone tell me what is the demand suited for long term rentals, ie. number of bed and baths, schools , location and monthly rental price point. Thanks

I think there is demand for unfurnished with at least 3/2. People moving here. Afraid or unable to buy, or want to get a feel of area before they do.

Seems that everything is in demand. The Pt. Washington area is in high demand and close to elementary, middle and high schools as well as daycare on 395 N. Just find the best deal regardless of how many bedrooms it has, I think you cannot go wrong. Good luck!
