Need 1 BR home or studio ASAP

I am looking for a one bedroom place in the Seagrove/Seacrest area available 6/1 or sooner. I have one dog but he's a golden retriever and doesn't make any fuss. I am open to other areas of 30A as well if the price is right. I don't smoke and would be happy to provide references, background check, etc. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Thanks
