Hello! We are a family of 3 looking for a 1 year lease in the Emerald Coast Middle school district starting in August 2013 (could possibly do July). Need at least 3 bedrooms and a garage. Would be nice to have a fenced in yard and a place to park a boat. We have a well-trained, well-behaved dog (a Spitz around 20 lbs) and a super cuddly,sweet de-clawed cat. Willing to negotiate on rent.
