2 Rooms For Rent

I am looking to rent two of the three bedrooms in my home to one person. You will also have your own bathroom and linen closet. All utilities are covered in the cost of the monthly rent. This includes cable, wireless internet, power, and water/sewer. You will have access to the washer and dryer and there is a shared drive way. I will provide an area of the garage for extra storage and the rooms are being rented unfurnished.

I am looking for someone who is clean, a non-smoker, has a secure job, 2 great references, and likes both cats and dogs but does not have a pet. I work long hours and need someone that I can trust. If you would like to view the property I will need at least 24 hours.

Monthly Rent: $1,000
Security Deposit: $750
