Room for Rent – Point Washington, Santa Rosa Beach
The Scoop: Our current roommate is moving out and that means we have an open bedroom. Come live with us for $650/month, all inclusive. You get your own bed and bath and can share our furnishings. We have 6 months on our lease with option to renew or go month to month.
The House: Very cool 3 bed/ 2 bath home in beautiful and peaceful Point Washington neighborhood. Newly built home with screened-in wrap around porch, nice back yard and wood floors throughout! This place is already furnished with our things but there is space for your personal stuff and an odd piece of furniture. The bedroom has a bed in it already too! The third bedroom is an office/ music room that you are welcome to share.
Us : We are a couple in our late 20’s, relaxed and easy going who enjoy camping, listening to music, baking cookies and having beers with friends. While we would love for you to share our interests, that is not important, only that you respect us.
You: It doesn’t really matter who you are or what you do so long as you pay on time and don’t mind a little puppy running around the house.
