It is... potential renter just bailed, but I am now asking more for rent. About to re-list....
Ok, Rent is now $2,250. (Another smaller home in same neighborhood rented for $3,000, so we decided this was way undervalued...and may still be. But $2,250 is the rent, just came available again.)
