Wanted - LTR starting in July for a year - 3 BR in between Seagrove and Rosemary

Our lease in Blue Mountain Beach expires the beginning of July and would like to find something in between Seagrove and Rosemary. 3+ bedrooms but are open to type of property.

I realize this might sound strange... but I am planning on moving my family to your area and am looking to move in July... I read your post and was wondering if the house you will be leaving in July (with your lease up) would be available to someone on the outside?? So, if you don't mind sharing the knowledge, could you let me know if your current lease will be available for a long-term lease after you leave and how many bedrooms, etc.
I can't thank you enough! We currently live in Memphis, TN and have never moved before and feel a bit lost in the process of moving our family to a place that we know no one...
