3BR in Santa Rosa Beach for single mother

I'm looking for a home with 3BR. I need something in a safe area & centrally located, my daughter goes to school near Eden Gardens & I go to Miramar Beach on a regular basis. I can afford between $1100 - $1300/month & I need at least a month to give notice to where I currently live. We have a cat but he's 7 years old and very lazy! Would also like a garage.
