Single mom needs new home

I am a local resident, and have been in the area for 15 years. I recently separated from my husband, and am looking to downsize. I have a daughter who graduates from south walton this month, and a 15 year old son who attends a military boarding academy. My son is home only part time such as summers, thanksgiving , Christmas, spring break, and about one weekend a month. My daughter may or may not be living there deepening on her college choice. So I need at least a 2 bedroom. Would prefer a third if she stays with me. We have a 10 year old dachshund. So pet friendly 😀

i can only spend around $1500 a month. Of course would prefer in the 1200 range. I would like to stay in south walton, but being on the beach or 30a is not a necessity. Thank you in advance. Email is ragznbones@outlook.com
