One Bedroom Available for rent in Harbor-front Four Bedroom Condo

We are two young female professionals (late 20's) looking for someone to fill one bedroom in our condo. We would like a female, but may be open to a male.
Rent is $950 per month and includes water, Wifi, trash and cable. Only additional expense is one third of the electric bill. Lease is for one year, with a deposit required.
The condo is located on the Destin Harbor at Marbella, across from Krispy Kreme & Callahan's.
You would have your own private full bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is fully furnished. The room and bathroom pictured would be yours.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful, professional, but fun. No drugs or drama.
