Roommate

I am possibly looking for a roommate. I say possibly because I want the right person. I am a mid 40's male and I am rarely home. If not at work I am either out of town or on the water. The house has four bedrooms and in a great neighborhood off of 30A. You would basically have the entire upstairs to yourself. Full bathroom. All access to everything, kitchen, laundry room. I would really prefer a professional female. The rent would be $650 and that includes all utilities, cable and Internet.
