Looking for Studio or 1 BR near Sandestin or SRB

I will be moving back to the area to work full time and am looking for a place to rent in and around the Sandestin/Santa Rosa Beach area. Looking to be cost effective, will sign a year lease or whatever terms are needed. Furnished preferred but I can work with anything. 402-610-1016 or email traviswilson0209@yahoo.com

Alternatively would be interested as well if someone has a furnished room available starting in June in the same area, I am clean & respectful roommate. Price $500-$650

Thanks,

Travis
