Room For Rent Destin, FL

I am seeking a long term FML roommate till at least MARCH 2017 for $969 a month. (you can renew the lease with us if you choose to at that time).
I have a room available in the heart of Destin right on the Destin Harbor in a 4 bedroom 3 bath condo.
Cable, wifi, water, & trash are all included.
The room is unfurnished.
There is a pool, hot tub, storage, and a gym in the condo complex.
You would have your own bathroom.
Washer and Dryer are also in the unit.
My roommate and I are both professional FMLs.
Please e-mail me at vgeroff@gmail.com if you are interested and we can set up a time to talk.
