Hi Polly,
The 3 bedrooms begin at $2,219 per month. There are three different floor plans ranging in size from 1387 square feet to 1497 square feet. There is a $500 pet fee and $20 per month pet rent per pet. Let me know if you would like to tour the property. We would love to show you around. Thank you!

Hello,
The upgrades look beautiful! We are a family of 3 (2 adults, one toddler) with one small house trained cat. Do you happen to know what school distric this is in? Also, what do you have avail for May 1st, 2017? We need a 3+2 minimum under 2,100 per month and would like to be on the top floor without anyone above us. Are there elevators?
