1 or 2 Bedroom on 30A available in June

My husband and I are looking for a rental either on 30A or in the surrounding areas beginning in June or July. We are a very tidy, minimal young couple. We don't need a huge space so something like a carriage house would be perfect for us. Looking to spend around $900-$1200. No pets, not smokers and clean and respectful! Would consider an earlier or later move-in date and am happy to rent on a month-to-month basis or for 6 months, to start. Thank you so much!
