I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Seagrove Highlands available for a 1 year lease starting on April 1 for $1,325/month. It is around 1,100 sq ft and has a screened in porch. The community is gated and has a pool. It's an amazing condo in a great location! Less than a mile to Seaside and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Please email me if you are interested.

Must be 25 years old to rent and there is a strict no pet policy (not even cats or small dogs). Being rented unfurnished.

The lease we had ready to start on Aril 1st fell through and this unit is still available! Very hard to find long-term 3 bed/ 2 bath rental in Seagrove. Call or text me for more information or to see it.

No pets of any kind allowed
